The Ibiza sun is blazing, the energy is electric, and Pyramid at Amnesia is hotter than ever! This isn’t just another club night; it’s a pilgrimage for those who crave the freshest sounds in electronic music. Pyramid’s 8th season is proving to be a testament to its commitment to showcasing both rising stars and established legends.
Pyramid isn’t about following trends; it’s about setting them. The dual-room concept at Amnesia creates a unique sonic landscape. The Terrace pulsates with hypnotic house, minimal tech, and melodic techno, while the Main Room delivers a powerful dose of dark, driving techno. Imagine losing yourself in the hypnotic grooves of Juaan and Palms Trax, then feeling the ground shake to the hard-hitting techno of Parfait and Charlie Sparks. It’s an experience that resonates deep within your soul.
This season has seen breakthrough performances from innovators like U.R.Trax and Anika Kunst. The infectious energy of Bubble Love (Ross From Friends) brought a unique pop-club vibe, while Chris Stussy and Josh Baker blended slick minimal house, breaks, and tech with effortless style. “We’re not here to follow trends,” says a member of the Pyramid team. “They come and go, but what really matters to us is creating nights for the clubbers, starting with the music and the vibe.” And that vibe is palpable, electric, and undeniably infectious.
Pyramid is a breeding ground for next-gen talent. This year’s lineup has been a whirlwind of new faces and fresh sounds. From the high-impact sounds of Azyr to the intricate and atmospheric productions of Estella Boersma, the diversity is breathtaking. Tia Cousins, Volkan Akin, and KI/KI have each brought their unique flavour to the mix, pushing boundaries and captivating audiences.
Pyramid is also a champion of female talent. This season, we’ve witnessed the power and artistry of electronic music icons like Nina Kraviz, Deborah De Luca, Amelie Lens, and Sonja Moonear. The presence of these incredible women, alongside rising stars like Alexxandra, Juliet Fox, Lilly Palmer, Adiel, Cera Khin, and Alexandria, underscores Pyramid’s commitment to diversity and inclusion. It’s inspiring to see a lineup that truly reflects the vibrant and diverse landscape of electronic music.
What’s next for Pyramid? Get ready for the high-octane mix of techno, bounce, and trance from Belgium’s Milo Spykers on August 24th. And mark your calendars for September 28th, when Parfait and Charlie Sparks will unleash their hard-hitting sounds on the Amnesia faithful. The energy is building, the anticipation is palpable, and the future of Pyramid is brighter than ever.
