Irish DJ and singer Jazzy is setting Ibiza ablaze this summer with her electrifying Monday night residency at the legendary Pacha, sharing the stage with Sonny Fodera. Having performed alongside house music icons like Roger Sanchez, Jayda G, and Dombresky, Jazzy’s evolution from rising star to Pacha mainstay reflects her exceptional talent, unwavering dedication, and the vibrant energy that defines Ibiza. We caught up with her to talk about her unforgettable experiences, the magic of the Ibiza crowd, and what’s next on the horizon.
Jazzy’s Pacha residency marks a pivotal moment in her career – her first major residency on the White Isle. The opportunity arose from her close collaboration with Sonny Fodera, with whom she’s released three tracks over the past two years. Sonny invited her to join his eight-show run at Pacha, a dream come true for the rising Irish star.
I’ve been working closely with Sonny for the last two years. We have three tracks together, so we’re very close. He invited me to play at Pacha for eight shows this summer, which is huge for me, big up to Sonny for having me. I’m having the best time, we’re about to start week five, and it’s been amazing. It’s a big deal for me because I haven’t had a proper residency in Ibiza before, and it’s huge for my career. I was quite nervous my first week, but I went to the club, got my wits about me, and now it feels like home.
Jazzy describes the Ibiza crowd as something truly special. : “I feel like the crowds in Ibiza are very present. They’re always there for the music. There’s a special crowd in Ibiza”.
And while a high-profile residency might seem daunting, Jazzy sees it differently. “I wouldn’t say it’s a challenge. I think it’s a blessing. I feel like a lot of people don’t get to do this, so I’m super grateful to be there,” she explains, her excitement palpable. For Jazzy, playing at Pacha isn’t just a gig—it’s a celebration of music, energy, and the unique magic of Ibiza.
Jazzy’s residency at Pacha has been packed with unexpected and heartwarming moments. Coming from Ireland, she’s been thrilled to spot so many familiar faces in the crowd—fans singing along to tracks that are huge back home but less known elsewhere. The energy of the audience has been infectious, giving her the perfect space to experiment and connect. The residency has also become a proving ground for new music, with her latest release, “Hypnotic,” sparking instant, euphoric reactions on the dancefloor. For Jazzy, Pacha isn’t just a stage—it’s a creative playground, where music, crowd, and atmosphere merge to create unforgettable nights.
Jazzy isn’t just rocking Pacha; she’s using the residency as a testing ground for new material, including her dreamy yet danceable new track “Hypnotic,” which will be featured on her upcoming project, “GEWAH Selects”. “Hypnotic” follows Jazzy’s recent top 20 UK single “High On Me” with Rossi., and adds to her prolific dance discography including “Closer to the Floor”, “No Bad Vibes” and her Top Five UK hit single, “Somedays”.
With a full album of brand new tracks planned for 2026 and hopes of returning to Ibiza next year for her own headline residency, Jazzy’s future is looking as bright as the Ibiza sunshine.
Are you as excited as we are to hear Jazzy’s new album and potentially see her back in Ibiza next year? Let us know in the comments!
