Portside 2026: A Musical Love Letter to the Heart of Ibiza

On June 21st, Chinois brings that unifying energy outdoors for Portside. Running from 7 pm until midnight, this massive free open-air party at the Ibiza Port celebrates the island's unique spirit. Now in its fourth edition, the event carries a clear, heartfelt message: "For Ibiza, With Love".

Dancing by the Sea

There is a very specific feeling you get when dancing by the marina as the sun dips below the horizon. The balmy summer air mixes with world-class beats, creating a moment of pure collective euphoria. Portside captures exactly that. It embraces everyone equally. Tourists, seasoned clubbers, hardworking seasonnaires, and locals all share the same dancefloor.

This event stands as a true civic triumph. Months of careful behind-the-scenes planning culminate in a short-notice announcement, yet the island always shows up in force. This collaboration highlights a beautiful synergy between the nightlife sector and city institutions. Chinois works hand in hand with the Ibiza Town Council, the Balearic Islands Port Authority, and local business associations to make the magic happen.

Musically, the port will vibrate with an unmissable lineup of international heavyweights and local favourites. The legendary Luciano returns to the waterfront decks. As a Swiss-Chilean Latin house pioneer and Cadenza boss, he has remained an absolute Ibiza favourite since 2009. His sun-drenched, groundbreaking grooves perfectly match the outdoor setting.

Joining him are Bedouin, the globally sought-after underground duo. Tamer Malki and Rami Abousabe recently took home the 2025 Vicious Award for Best House Party. They bring their deep, melodic house laced with ancient world music influences. Dutch-born local hero and Beachouse resident Bruz completes the port lineup, ready to prove exactly why he is an emerging global talent.

When midnight strikes, the outdoor music gently stops, but the rhythm is far from over. The energy shifts just down the road to Club Chinois for the official afterparty. This momentous night also marks the highly anticipated opening of Bedouin’s Saga residency. Now entering its 8th Ibiza season, the Sunday night party embraces a mesmerizing "Garden of Unearthly Delights" theme.

The club lineup is simply staggering:

• Bedouin step up for their second performance of the night, guiding the dancefloor into the early hours with their dreamlike narrative.
• Luciano delivers a special guest set, proving that even the headliners don't want the celebration to end.
• Jimi Jules, known for his stellar releases on Defected, Watergate, and Innervisions, goes back-to-back with Portuguese electro and techno maestro Trikk.
• Manu R, selector and CEO of ITZAE TRIBE, shares the decks with Afterlife affiliate Sammer for a fresh, globally inspired B2B session.
