Debuting at Chinois in 2024 with a one-off plus encore night, East London-born & raised school friends Appetite founders Elliot Schooling & Liam Palmer returned last year with a tasty mini-residency. This year, they’re back by popular demand due to their expert curation of house, techno, UK, minimal, with an underground grass roots vibe to get any party started.
The brand keeps growing while keeping its community feel, making them ideal for Chinois’ sonic temple to the Spirit of Ibiza, with its dance-floor ethos and inclusive, diverse welcome. Set within Ibiza Gran Hotel in the heart of the scenic Marina Botafoch with its vibrant eateries and bars, Chinois attracts locals & visitors alike to enjoy the world’s best resident and guest DJs within walking distance of Ibiza Town.
